I did not coach cheerleading this year and chose to pursue becoming a state-certified KAPOS judge. It has been a great learning experience, but I do miss having my own team. In the last couple of weeks, my school has asked me to watch their routine and give them feedback. It has been a touching experience.They have a wonderful coach, who is caring and diligent...and it has made all the difference in this squad.Today, this squad became the 14th Region Small Co-Ed Cheerleading Champs, but overall they were so much more than that...they were hands down, ONE of the best squads in the competition.
I just wanted to take a moment and say, "Congrats Jenkins Ind. School. Go Cavs! Take State!"
