It's painful deciding whether to register or not. Mr. Chad and I don't really need anything(we lived in sin together for 3 1/2 years and I have lived on my own now for 10 months), but the towels, silverware, and pillows would definitely be nice...LOL.
I believe every bride has the option to register, especially, if she and her groom are having a wedding, and even if this is her 10th one (which it is not, I'm just saying if...lol). Besides, it's my first wedding, and registering is not a request for gifts (I can't stand when people say that.)...it is merely giving people THAT want to give you a gift...an idea of what you and your new spouse may need as you start your new life together.
Modern etiquette states, "It's your day...do what you want to do"...that's what we did.
